Jerry is the receptionist at the Dental Clinic. He talks to patients and schedules appointments. He uses the computer and answers the phones. He is always busy, and he likes his job.


Job 3

Sue Lee has a seven-year-old son, Kim. Kim has a tooth ache. He has an appointment at the Dental Clinic with Dr. Smith.

When they arrive at the clinic, Sue talks to the receptionist. The receptionist asks her some questions and gives her a form to fill out. Their appointment is at 1:00, but they do not see the dentist until 1:15.
