WE SIGNED THE CONSTITUTION!


Constitution and Citizenship Day 2016
ESL 1 hosted the morning celebration of Constitution and Citizenship Day  at Milpitas Adult School!


What is he / she doing?  What are they doing?

The teacher is talking.
The students are listening.
The students are carrying the bananas into school.
The men are carrying 8 tables and 6 chairs to the hallway.
The men are covering the tables with paper.
The men are taping the paper to the tables.
ESL 1 students are signing the Constitution.
The women are going to the computer room.
The men are helping other students sign the Constitution.
Two men are giving the students papers about the Constitution.
The students are signing the Constitution.
The teacher is taking many photos.
At 10:00 am, the ESL 1 men and women students are changing jobs.

Some women students are cutting two cakes.
The cakes say: Happy Constitution Day! and “I signed the Constitution.”
The women are putting pieces of cake on plates with a fork.
One student is cutting apples and bananas.
The women are putting the food on the tables.
All students and teachers are coming to eat.
Everyone is eating!
